Camilla’s main work is with her private clientele. She works with her clients at least twice a week and each time will be different depending on what is going on in the person’s life. Yoga welcomes everyone regardless of age, size or any kind of limitations. Working one on one is a very powerful experience, she always meet the clients needs, the work is easy to understand and she uses her own life experience into her teaching. She introduces to her clients how Yoga becomes a part of every day life, not just on the mat.
She believes it is important to honor each person on where they are at physically, mentally and spiritually, some people are ready to go deeper right away and some people simply just want to get a more physical practice. This is why her clients has maintained the work with her for years because she doesn’t try to force something onto them they are simply not ready for.
The work varies from Asana (physical movement), spiritual counseling, abdominal work, physical training, nutrition advice, meditation and breathing techniques as well as Thai Yoga massage and Yoga Therapy. (Camilla has worked with people with arthritis, back injury, hip replacement, cancer patients, chronic IBS, depression, shoulder, knee injuries etc…)
Yoga is a life long commitment, you practice on you’re own pace. Using the work of mindfulness and proper alignment to open the lines of communication trough out the body and the unique tools Camilla offers will bring you into the possibility of harmony with yourself in all areas in life - Mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
